For one night only, something truly special is coming to Studio Gauthier. Join us on 8th May as we welcome guest chef and food influencer @phitzee for an exclusive collaboration menu that celebrates bold, plant-based creativity and deeply comforting flavours.
Philip needs no introduction as one of London’s biggest plant-based instagram food stars, and has been on our radar for years. In fact, it was tasting his incredible ‘Ajvar’ pepper dip that led us to get in touch about doing a guest event. Drawing on his Balkan heritage, Philip brings a unique cultural perspective to his work, celebrating wholesome, comforting dishes such as potato moussaka, flakey filo pies, and baklava, alongside modern, globally inspired creations.
His blend of tradition and innovation has resonated deeply with his growing online community. Beyond his viral digital success, he’s been featured in publications like Men’s Health & GQ, launched his own roasted red pepper spread, and collaborated with some of UK’s leading brands.
This carefully curated tasting experience begins with delicate courgette fritters with mint crumble and herby dip, followed by a stunning brioche feuilletée with ajvar, heirloom tomato granita, and raspberry pickle—a balance of richness, brightness, and texture that sets the tone for the evening.
The journey continues with a savoury, satisfying take on börek, filled with rich mushroom mince and served over vibrant muhammara with rocket. Then, a refined tortellini with lovage and sunflower seed butter in a light spring broth brings elegance and freshness to the table.
For the main course, expect deeply comforting flavours: grilled mushrooms with creamy mash, mushroom sauce, and pickled shimeji—a dish that delivers both indulgence and finesse. To finish, a decadent chocolate mousse with Gauthier olive oil, caramelised nuts, and miso caramel—a signature-style dessert that perfectly balances sweetness, depth, and umami.
