Studio Gauthier is ‘a serious Gauthier restaurant’ with a short, super seasonal, bistro-ish menu, grounded in Alexis Gauthier’s Cote D’Azur roots. Bright Vegetables are celebrated unashamedly and given simple co-stars. Nowadays however, influences have begun to seep in from cuisines much further afield, with hints of Middle East, South America and Japan all jostling for attention.
The Studio Tasting menu is available evenings from 5pm only.
Every Week, we visit the cuisine of a favorite destination, and make it plant-based. Some places are easy, some more challenging. All of them are delicious!
